芪术胃安颗粒的抗炎、镇痛及止血作用研究

摘　　要：[目的 ]研究芪术胃安颗粒的抗炎、镇痛及止血作用 .[方法 ]建立小鼠二甲苯耳肿胀模型及腹腔毛细血管通透性增加模型 ;采用扭体法和热板法观察小鼠扭体反应和痛阈值 ;同时观察芪术胃安颗粒对小鼠的止血作用 .[结果 ]芪术胃安颗粒明显抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀 ,抑制小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性 ,抑制醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应 ,明显提高小鼠热板痛阈值 .大剂量芪术胃安颗粒具有明显的止血作用 ,缩短小鼠凝血时间 .[结论 ]芪术胃安颗粒具有抗炎、镇痛及止血作用 .OBJECTIVE?The anti-inflammatory, analges ic and hemostatic effects of the Qizhuweian granule were studied.?METHODS ?It was established that the models of ears swelling and of increased p ermeability of abdomen capillary in mice induced by dimethylbenzene, and the writhing reaction and pain threshold were observed by the writhing and hot plate method. And at the same time, the hemostatic effects of the Qizhuweian gra nule was observed in mice.?RESULTS?Qizhuweian granule could obviously i nhibit ears swelling, and it could inhibit the permeability of abdomen capillary , and it could obviously inhibit the writhing reaction induced by acetic acid an d enhance the pain threshold of mice. The big dosage of group showed obviously h emostatic effects, and Qizhuweian granule could remarkably shorten the cruor t ime of mice.?CONCLUSION?The Qizhuweian granule has obvious eff ects of anti-inflammatory, acesodyne and henostasis.
