蓝靛果乙醇提取物对大鼠高脂血症的治疗作用

摘　　要：[目的 ]研究蓝靛果乙醇提取物对成年Wistar大鼠血脂的调节作用 .[方法 ]用高脂高胆固醇饲料建立Wistar大鼠高脂血症动物模型 ,分别灌胃给予 0 75 ,0 15g/kg蓝靛果乙醇提取物 ,于灌胃后第14日及 2 8日观察大鼠血清甘油三酯、胆固醇和高密度脂蛋白的含量 .[结果 ]2 8d后 ,蓝靛果 2个剂量组的甘油三酯及胆固醇水平下降 ,高密度脂蛋白水平升高 ,与高脂对照组相比较有显著性差异 .[结论 ]蓝靛果乙醇提取物具有降低成年Wistar大鼠血脂的作用 .OBJECTIVE?To study the effects of Lonic er a edulis on adjusting blood lipid in adult Wistar rats.?METHODS?The hyperlipemia model of Wistar rats with high-fat diet was established an d poured into stomach with 0.75?g/kg and 0.15?g/kg of Lonicera edulis al coholic extract, and the contents of trigyceride(TG), cholesterol(TC) and high- density lipoprotein (HDL) in serum were detected after 14 days and 28 days.? RESULTS?After 28 days, the content of TG and TC in Lonicera ed ulis alcoholic extract groups was significantly lower than that in hyperlipemia mo del group, but the HDL in experimental group were much higher than that in Lon icera edulis alcoholic extract groups.?CONCLUSION?Lonicera edulis alcoholic extract indeed has the effects of reducing the blood lip id in adult Wistar rats.
