摘　　要：[目的 ]研究通鼻胶囊对急性炎症的药理作用 ,同时观察其急性毒性 .[方法 ]建立多种实验性急性炎症的动物模型 .[结果 ]通鼻胶囊呈剂量依赖性地抑制二甲苯和巴豆油所致的小鼠耳壳肿胀 ;对角叉菜胶诱导的大鼠足跖肿胀也有明显的抑制作用 ,作用持续时间达 6h以上 ;小鼠对通鼻胶囊的最大耐受量达成人用量的 16 2倍 .[结论 ]通鼻胶囊对急性炎症有一定的抑制作用 ,且毒性小 .OBJECTIVE?To study the effects of the Ton gb i (Tb) capsule for acute inflammation and acute toxicity.?METHODS?The therapeutic effects of the Tb capsule for acute inflammation were obser ved by establishing several models in rats and mice.?RESULTS?The Tb capsule inhibited, in a dose dependent manner, the ear swelling of mi ce induced by xylene and croton oil and the swelling of hind paws in rats induce d by carrageenin, and the effective time lasted for 6 hours, and the maximum tolerance dose of the Tb capsule was more than 162 times than that of human.?CONCLUSION?The Tb capsule has inhibitory effects for acute inflammation and its toxis ity is very little.
