摘　　要：[目的 ]研究藜芦乳膏对动物皮肤的毒性作用 .[方法 ]利用健康SD大鼠进行皮肤急性毒性试验 ,用健康白兔进行皮肤刺激性试验 ,用健康豚鼠进行皮肤过敏试验 .[结果 ]藜芦乳膏对大鼠完整皮肤及破损皮肤均不发生急性毒性反应 ,对白兔完整皮肤和破损皮肤无刺激性 ,对豚鼠完整皮肤无致敏作用 .[结论 ]藜芦乳膏用于预防和治疗与毛囊蠕形螨感染有关的酒渣鼻、痤疮及毛囊炎时是较安全的 .OBJECTIVE?To study toxicity of Viratrum n igrum cream in the skin of animals.?METHODS? Using Vira trum nigrum cream, acute cutaneous toxic experiment was performed on the skin of h ealthy rats, cutaneous stimulation was performed in the skin of healthy rabb it and cutan eous hypersensitivity was performed in healthy guinea pig.?RESULTS?The Viratrum nigrum cream had no acute toxicity, no cutaneous stimulati on a nd no hypersensitive effects for the intact or damaged skin in rats, rabbits and guinnea pigs, respectively.? CONCLUSION?It is safe that th e Viratrum nigrum prevents and treats the rosacea, acne and folliculitis rel ated wit h demodicidosis.
