酚醛树脂强化适度压缩膨胀石墨块的研究

摘　　要：采用酚醛树脂溶液浸泡的方法强化适度压缩膨胀石墨块,探索了酚醛树脂对适度压缩膨胀石墨块性能的影响。通过研究被强化的适度压缩膨胀石墨块的最终单位质量,总质量和密度,发现通过两种途径可以最终获得密度尽可能低,强度也合适的适度压缩膨胀石墨块。而且,酚醛树脂溶液浓度的变化对最终单位质量、总质量和密度有较大的影响。在电镜下观察了膨胀石墨的结构变化,发现适度压缩膨胀石墨块被强化后,颗粒间较紧密接触的部位会被固化的酚醛树脂相互连接;在酚醛树脂固化时,颗粒内受到不均匀的拉力,部分缝隙拉大,部分缝隙拉的更近,出现了更大的连通孔。TThe soaking method with phenolic resin solution was used to intensify moderately compressed expanded graphite blocks,so as to explore the influence of phenolic resin on properties of moderately compressed expanded graphite blocks.Through studying on the ultimate unit mass,total mass and densities of moderately compressed expanded graphite blocks intensified by phenolic resin,and we can obtain them with the final densities as low as possible and applicable strength by two kinds of ways.Wbat's more,the changing of concentration of phenolic resint is of great influence on the ultimate unit mass,total mass and densities of them.The changing of structures of expanded graphite was observed by electron microscopy. After intensifying,particles of expanded graphite,some have relatively close contact with each other,are connected by solidified phenolic resin.With solidfying of phenolic resin,some proes of the intra-particles are widened and some are shrinked under nonuniform tension lead to larger interconnected pores produce.
