摘  要:以二氧化硅负载硅钨酸为催化剂,以丁酮和乙二醇为原料催化合成丁酮乙二醇缩酮。探讨了丁酮与乙二醇量比、催化剂用量、带水剂及反应时间对收率的影响。实验表明,在n(丁酮):n(乙二醇)=1:1.5,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的0.8%,带水剂环己烷10mL,反应时间75min的优化条件下,丁酮乙二醇缩酮的收率可达96.08%。The synthesis of butanone glycol ketal with silicotungstic acid/SiO_2 as catalyst has been studied.Molar ratio of butanone to glycol,thc dosage of catalyst,the volume of cyclohexane as the water-carrying agent and reaction time on the yield were discussed and the best conditions were found out.The optimum conditions are:molar ratio of butanone to glycol is 1:1. 5,the dosage of catalyst is equal to 0.8%of feed stocks,the volume of cyclohexane as the water-carrying agent is 10 mL,and the reaction time is 75min.Silicotungstic acid/silica is an excellent catalyst for synthetizing butanone glycol ketal and its yield can reach over 96.08%.
