AA-IPPA聚合物对硫酸钡(锶)阻垢性能的研究

摘　　要：描述了异丙烯膦酸(IPPA)单体的合成,用该单体与丙烯酸(AA)共聚得到AA-IPPA聚合物。AA-IPPA合成最优条件为:n(AA)/n(IPPA)=1.5:1,反应温度85℃,反应时间5h,引发剂加量为2%。评定了该聚合物在不同温度、阻垢剂加量、含盐量等条件下对硫酸钡(锶)的阻垢性能。对其阻垢性能评价,结果表明:温度60℃,阻垢剂加量10%,pH=10,盐加量1%时效果最优。Isopropenyl phosphonic acid(IPPA) is compounded,AA-IPPA is polymerized by AA and IPPA.Study on scale inhibiting properties of AA-IPPA copolymer to barium sulfate and sturontium sulfate by different temperature,the rate of scale inhibitors and the rate of salts.the best environment of compounding AA-IPPA is n(AA)/n(IPPA)=1.5:1,85℃,4.5h and 2% initiator.when the temperature is 60℃,the rate of scale inhibitors is 10%and the rate of salts is 1%,it has the better scale inhibiting properties.
