摘　　要：综述了近年来头孢中间体GCLE的研究进展,通过头孢三大母核的对比,重点介绍了GCLE的六种主要合成路线及备自不足之处,并对合成过程中出现的一些杂质及其相应处理方法做简要介绍。This paper describes research progress of cephalosporin intermediate GCLE recently.Comparing the three cephalosporin nucleus,several synthetic routes and respective deficiencies are mainly introduced.Furthermore,some impurities coming from the synthesis process and corresponding processing methods are briefly indicated.
