摘  要:以二氧化硅负载硅钨钼酸为催化剂,以丁酮和1,2-丙二醇为原料催化合成丁酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮。探讨了丁酮与1,2-丙二醇量比、催化剂用量、带水剂及反应时间对收率的影响。实验表明,在n(丁酮)∶n(1,2-丙二醇)=1:1.4,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的1.4%,带水剂环己烷10mL,反应时间70min的优化条件下,丁酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮的收率可达83.1%。The synthesis of butanone 1,2-propanediol ketal with H4SiW6Mo6O40/SiO2 as catalyst has been studied. Molar ratio of butanone to1,2-propanediol glycol, the dosage of catalyst, the volume of cyclohexane as the water-carrying agent and reaction time on the yield were discussed and the best conditions were found out. The optimum conditions are: molar ratio of butanone to1,2-propanediol glycol is 1:1. 4, the dosage of catalyst is equal to 1.4% of feed stocks, the volume of cyclohexane as the water-carrying agent is 10 mL,and the reaction time is 70 min. H4SiW6Mo6O40/SiO2 is an excellent catalyst for synthetizing butanone 1,2-propanediol ketal and its yield can reach over 83.1%.
