摘 要:论文以上海市18个区县为研究对象,建立了水资源承载力评价指标体系;利用GIS数据库建立了18个区县图层数据库和对应区水资源承载力指标数据库;引用基于GIS技术和多级综合评价模型,分析了各区县水资源承载能力,实现了上海市水资源承载力的空间差异分析。结果表明,目前上海市大部分区域水资源综合承载力较高,具有一定的开发利用潜力,水资源短缺风险较小;只有少部分区域水资源综合评价较低,承载力小,水资源短缺风险较大。评价结果可为上海市各区水资源合理配置、保障区域经济可持续发展战略实施提供科学依据。This article bases on 18 districts and counties in Shanghai as the research objects,established the evaluation index system of water resources carrying capacity; established 18 counties' layer database and corresponding districts' water resources carrying capacity index database.By using GIS database;analyzed each district and county's water resources carrying capacity,via GIS technology and multi-level comprehensive evaluation model.So that accomplished analyzing the space variance of Shanghai municipal water resources carrying capacity.The results suggest that,the current comprehensive carrying capacity of water resources in most part of Shanghai is high,having certain exploitation potentiality and risk of water resources shortage is small;only small parts have low comprehensive assessment of regional water resources,capacity is small;risk of water shortage is big.The results of assessment for Shanghai district can provide scientific basis for reasonable allocation of water resources,ensure the implementation of sustainable development of regional economy strategy.
