摘　　要：机制是管理之源,不同的机制会造就不同的管理效果。本文介绍了经济学中的机制设计理论,然后就管理机制展开了分析,给出了管理机制的基本概念和特征,然后就机制要达成的目标,以及机制组成七元组进行了详细介绍,最后讨论了管理机制的价值与未来发展。Mechanism design theory (MDT) was firstly raised by Leonid Hurwicz, but it only gives an idea on the 'engineering' side of economic theory. This paper proposes a managerial Mechanism design theory, and it firstly considers the difference between economical and managerial mechanism design including background, basic hypothesis, then the unified framework of managerial mechanism design theory. After that, an ordered seven-tuple and five fundamental design modes will be proposed as well.
