摘　　要：本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法对我国职工体育影响因素进行了研究。通过研究得出:目前大多数职工体育健身行为和体育消费能力较差;职工参与体育活动的目的主要是强身健体;在参与消费的职工中,实物型消费比例较高,非实物型消费较少,消费结构不尽合理等。This paper applies the methods of documentation,expert interview,logic analysis to study the effective aspects of working staff's sports.It gets the conclusion that:Currently most of the working staff has a low consumtion ability and the main purpose for them to participate sports activity is to keep healthy;Among the workers,goods consumption takes a larger proportion,the structure is not fair.
