摘　　要：中国共产党十六届三中全会明确提出了'坚持以人为本,树立全面、协调、可持续的发展观,促进经济社会和人的全面发展'。而就业工作作为高校学生工作的民生工程,在推动学生就业的同时,将科学发展观作为我们工作的一种思想导向,以学生的发展为第一要务,以学生为本为工作核心,以全面协调可持续为工作基本要求,以统筹兼顾为我们的根本方法。The third plenary session of 16th Central Committee of the CPC proposed that we should adhere to the people-foremost principle and establish the outlook of overall,coordinated,sustenable growth and the scientific concept of development,so as to promote the overall development of economy,society and people.As the fundamental part of the university,career guidance does well in promoting the job searching of the students,under the guidance of scientific concept of development.Priority to the development of students,student-centered as the work of the core,comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable as basic requirements for the work,a balanced approach as our basic approach..
