摘　　要：长期以来,董必武将马克思主义基本原理与自己对法的深刻认识相结合,创造性地运用于中国革命和社会主义建设的实际,形成、丰富和发展了法制思想。本文通过理论与实践相结合,遵从发展与联系的观点,对董必武法制思想的理论价值和意义进行深入研究,并从中获得符合时代要求的历史启示。For a long time,Dong Bi-wu combined basic principles of Marxism with his profound understanding of the law,creatively applied to the Chinese revolution and socialist construction,enriched and developed the legal system.This paper though the combination of theory and practice,comply with development and contact point,study the Theoretical value and significance legal system of the socialist legal system of Dong Bi-wu in-depth,and derive historical enlightenment meet the requirements of the times.
