摘　　要：被列为"常德十景"之首的常德诗墙既发挥着防洪的基本功能,又承载着丰厚的文化内涵。它的的成功修建赋予了城市文化建设一种创新的模式,具有广泛的推广价值,希望我国那些建有防洪大堤和在建或备建防洪大堤的城市能从常德诗墙学习经验,激发灵感,改造出更多更新颖别致的城市文化精品,让我们的城市更加富有灵性与活力。Ranked as No.1 among the ten scenic spots of Changde City,Changde Poetry Wall not only plays its basic flood preventing role but also carries its rich cultural coonotations.Its successful construction embodies a creative mode in urban cultural construction,worth popularizing.It is hoped that the cities with flood-preventing dams,or the cities to be building them,or the cities to build them will learn from Changde Poetry Wall,stimulate their inspirations,and create more original city culture works to make our cities more inspiring and energetic.
