摘　　要：表象教学作为一种有效的辅助教学、教学手段已成为体育运动实践中较为广泛采用的心理教学方法之一,它对运动技术、学习动机的培养、激励和心理障碍的克服都起着重要作用。在体育教学实践中,充分利用人脑表象机遇,运用有效的表象教学法,对提高教学质量有着积极意义。Representation teaching is one kind of effective method and has been widely practice in the mentality education of physical culture.It is important to sport technology,academic motivation training,encouragement and overcome mental disorder.During the sport education practical,take fully advantage of representation opportunities about human brain and use effective representation education has objective meaning for increasing teaching quality.
