摘　　要：空白票据在促进商品流通以及加速资金周转上具有重要作用,它体现了社会交易的多样性和效率化。然而,我国空白票据制度仍有许多不足之处,难以适应经济发展的需要。本文主要通过浅析我国空白票据制度的不足,然后提出完善建议。The blank negotiable instruments,which represents the social transaction and the value orientation of efficiency,has played an important role in promoting the circulation of commodities.There are still some disadvantages in the System of Blank Bill and it’s hard to meet the demand of socialist market economy development.We are trying to figuring out the defects,and give our proposals in hope for improving the present status of Law of Bill.
