摘　　要：本文针对当前我国大学生职业生涯规划教育的现实状况,结合高校大学生职业生涯规划教育课的教学与实践,对大学生职业生涯规划教育课的课程内容、教学方法进行了积极的思考与探索。In light of the realities of the career planning course towards the college students in China,combined with her teaching practice of the course for college students,the author expresses her positive thinking and exploration of the contents and teaching methods of this course.
