摘　　要：美伊关系经历了现实的盟友和美遏伊倒萨两个阶段。两国关系受到石油控制、强人政治和文明冲突等因素影响,实质是石油和霸权的斗争与较量。American-Iraqr elations have experienced the reality of containment and allies in toppling Saddam in two phases.Relations between the two countries are oil control,strongman politics and conflicts of civilization factors,essence is control of oil and hegemony of the struggle.
