摘　　要：我国的高等教育管理体制经过多年的探索与改革取得了很大的成就,但也存在很多问题,本文通过借鉴美国、英国高等教育管理体制的模式以及体制改革的经验,坚持以人为本,和谐发展的理念实践高等教育管理体制的创新。The management system of higher education in China has made great achievements in reform after years of exploration,but there are also many problems,the paper practice innovative management system of higher education uphold the people-oriented,the concept of harmonious development by drawing the United States,the United Kingdom model of higher education management system as well as reform experience.
