摘　　要：本文针对高校实验室存在的问题,分析了实验室软环境建设的重大意义,介绍了"破窗"理论对软环境建设的启示;提出了如何构建高校实验室软环境。Based on the questions of laboratories in colleges and universities,this article analyses the importance of the soft environment construction of laboratories,introduces the definition of the'Broken Window'theory as well as the inspirations to the soft environment const-ruction,and suggests that how to construction the soft environment of laboratory in colleges and universities.
