摘  要:从实践出发 ,提出了在梳穗头和附属装置上采取措施来降低梳穗台损失。采用相对较低滚筒转速和小喂入间隙 ,合理确定滚筒直径、罩盖形状、出风口尺寸、后封板位置及边板齿的采用等 ,都可有效降低梳穗头总损失 ;合理设计螺旋输送器位置及结构 ,缓冲装置和吸风机的采用等 ,对降低梳穗台损失也有较大作用。将依此确定的参数配置在产品上 ,取得了良好效果。In order to reduce the losses in a stripper and its attachment, some measures based on practice and theoretical analyses were put forward in this article. Adopting relatively lower rotational speed of stripping rotor, reasonably defining diameter of stripping rotor, shape of roller cover, size of outlet for air, position of plank used to seal and new construction of stripping element in the both ends of rotor etc could reduce the total losses in stripper. Reasonably design of the position and the construction of spiral conveyer, adopting the devices of a buffer and a fan for drawing grain husk can make positive function for reducing stripping header losses. By these measures, great achievements have been achieved in the practice.
