某型号真空热试验污染问题排查及对策解析

摘　　要：文章遵照航天型号对质量问题按"双五条"归零的要求,对某型号卫星真空热试验发生污染的问题进行仔细排查,找到了产生污染的原因,主要是由于加热带温度的失控导致了红外加热笼黑漆在真空高温环境下的挥发。随后通过问题复现验证了结论的正确性,从而制定了有效的措施。文章体现了型号质量问题从技术上"归零"的全过程。With a satellite contamination incident occurred in a vacuum thermal test as an example,this paper analyzes the whole process of trouble shooting(including trouble identification,mechanism analysis,reappearance of the same problem,strategies and validation for a final solution) based on the regulations in the spacecraft project.
