对提高国有林区天然次生林经营水平的探讨

摘　　要：作为国有森工老林区的伊春,是国家的重点林区。其森林质量和功能的发挥,在黑龙江省乃至东北具有重要意义。1998年"天保"工程实施以来,林区大面积天然林正在得到恢复。然而,从总体上看,林区现实的天然林,大部分还属于低质的次生林。按着森林自然演替的规律,这些林分要想恢复到自然的顶极群落,大约还需200年左右的时间。在这期间,要想有所收益,并尽早发挥其总体功能,就要提高现有天然次生林的经营水平。Yichun forest region is state-owned and important forest region.There are great significance of its forest quality and functions in Heilongjiang province,as well as in Northeast China.Since 1998,the 'protection of natural forests' project was implemented,the large area of natural forest are being restored.However,most of the natural forest also belong to the low-quality secondary forest.According to the law of forest succession,it need about 200 years for returning to climax community.During this period,we only protected the forest.If we want to receive benefits and exert its functions as soon as possible,the management level of natural secondary forest must be improved.
