摘　　要：能源是社会经济持续发展的动力,也是人类赖以生存和发展的物质基础。能源危机是当代人类社会共同面临的世界性问题,开发清洁、可再生的新能源,谋求解决能源危机问题,已成为关系社会经济能否实现可持续发展的重大课题。从吉林省实际情况看,能源短缺是限制全省社会经济发展的瓶颈因素,结合吉林省西部百万亩生物质能源林建设项目,对如何发展吉林省生物质能源作了初步探讨。Energy is drive of Socio-economic sustainable development and is also material basis for mankind's survival and development.Energy crisis is a global issue.Developing the clean and erenewable energy and seeking to solve the energy crisis become a important issue which relate to socio-economic sustainable development.According to status of Jilin province,Energy shortage is the main factor limiting the socio-economic development.With biomass energy forest project in western Jilin Province,the question was discussed on how to develop Xanthoceras sorbifolium biomass energy forest in Jilin Province.
