摘　　要：本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,对延安市社区老年人体育活动的现状进行充分调查,并根据调查数据分析延安市社区老年人体育活动的基本特征与规律,有针对地提出了该地区老年人体育活动的一些建议,希望能为延安市社区老年人健身活动有一定支持和帮助。In this paper,the use of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics and so on,in Yan'an City,the status of the elderly in community sports activities are under investigation and analysis of survey data in accordance with the elderly in community sports activities in Yan'an City,the basic characteristics and laws,put forward against the elderly in the area sports some of the recommendations of the hope for the elderly Yan'an community fitness activities must support and help.
