绝经期妇女宫内节育器取出的临床体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨绝经期妇女宫内节育器取出困难原因及应对措施。方法:对207例行IUD取出术的绝经期妇女进行临床分析。结果:207例已绝经妇女在施行取IUD的过程中,166例顺利取出(80.19%)4,1例取出困难(19.81%)。结论:对宫内节育器取出术困难者,采取多方面有利的干预措施加以预防,可减少因宫内IUD取出术带给绝经期妇女的痛苦,使计划生育工作得到更好的发展。Objective:To observe the reason of difficult Intrauterine device removal surgery in postmenopausal women and to find measure.Methods:Analysed 207 cases of postmenopausal women of intrauterine device removal surgery.Results:In the 207 postmenopausal women of intrauterine device removal surgery,166 cases(80.19%) were successful and 41 cases(19.81%) were difficult.Conclusion:Adopt more favorable interventions in order to reduce sufferings in difficult intrauterine device removal surgery of postmenopausal women.And let family planning work obtain better the development.
