作物新品种权保护实践中的误区及发展对策探析

摘　　要：从作物新品种保护的范畴出发,分析了国内外保护发展趋势、我国种业知识产权保护实践中的积弊和培育作物新品种方面的优势;提出了我国种业发展的对策:加强政策扶持力度、改革考核与评价体系、加大发掘农作物新功能基因,并实行专利权保护。Based on the new plant variety rights,this paper analysed the the development trend of protection at home and abroad,the problems in the practice of the intellectual property and advantages in cultivating new crops.Some countermeasures were put forward for seed industry by strengthen the support on policy,reforming assessment and evaluation system and exploring new functional genes and implementing patent protection.
