摘　　要：对橘小实蝇蛋白饵剂2种田间使用方法和不同引诱剂引诱效果进行了初步探讨。悬挂诱集法表明,蛋白饵剂溶液随着稀释倍数的增大,其诱捕效果降低;田间应用时稀释1倍液引诱效果最佳。点喷诱杀法表明,喷洒2 h后诱杀橘小实蝇成虫数量达到高峰,而后逐步下降,而且喷洒蛋白饵剂混合液的时间与橘小实蝇成虫的日活动节律相一致才能获得高诱杀效果。研究表明蛋白饵剂可以作为一种雌雄兼性引诱剂使用,对多种实蝇类的雌雄成虫均有引诱效果。The preliminary studies were conducted to test the trap-effect of different attractants and two kinds of field application methods of protein bait.The study results of suspension trap method of protein bait solution indicated that the trap-effect would decrease with the increase of dilution multiples.And if it is applied in the field,the optimum trap-effect would be presented as the protein bait liquid was diluted twice.The study results of spot spray trap method showed that the most Bactrocera dorsalis(Hendel) adults were killed 2 hours after spray,and then the trap-effect were declined gradually.However the high trap-effect to B.dorsalis adults was influenced by the spray time of the mix liquid of protein bait in keeping with the daily activity rhythm of adults.This protein bait could be used as a valid attractant for both the male and female adults of several fruit fly species.
