摘　　要：法律合同具有自己独特的语体特征,它不仅要求措辞准确,而且结构严谨。因此,要求翻译者不仅具有较高的语言修养以及相关方面的专业知识,而且在进行法律合同翻译的时候,应该遵循相应的翻译原则,应该有严谨的工作态度,以确保合同语言的准确、严谨和规范。The legal contract has oneself unique stylistics features,it requests that not only the expression is accurate,but also the structure is rigorous.Therefore,the translators are requested to have the high language tutelage as well as specialized knowledge,and when the legal contracts are translated,the translators should follow the corresponding translation principles,should have the rigorous work manner,and guarantee the accuracy of the contract language,rigor and the standard.
