摘　　要：从对海外典型的成功或失败的创业板市场经验教训的分析总结来看,创业板初创期的市场是充满风险的。初创期风险的成功解决与否与创业板最终的命运存在着明显的关联。因此,对创业板初创期风险及时地识别、合理地防控成为我国创业板当前阶段应该重点关注的问题。Seeing from the evaluative summary of the successful or unsuccessful foreign second board markets,the initiatory second board market is full of risk.And there is an obvious relationship between the risk solution and the final fatal of the second board market.So it is very important to distinguish,prevent and control the risk in time.We must focus on this problem at the moment.
