摘　　要：医院宣传所引发的侵权纠纷已越来越受到医学界、法学界、新闻界的广泛关注.笔者论述了医院宣传中常见的侵权行为,并从树立法律意识、妥善处理纠纷、转变工作作风、完善相关制度、健全相关法律等方面提出防范对策.The medical circle，the law circle and the media are now paying more and more attention to the infringement disputes caused by hospital's propaganda．After coping with hospital's common propaganda act of tort ，this paper puts forward some countermeasures from the perspective of the establishment of law consciousness,successful managemeng of disputes ，the improvement of working style，the perfection of related systems and the completion of related laws．
