摘 要:用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪测试了普通花叶病烟叶和正常烟叶的光谱,结果表明,两种烟叶的红外光谱在峰频率、强度、吸收强度比等方面存在差异.而从对其甲基和亚甲基伸缩振动区、酰胺Ⅰ带吸收区和多糖物质的特征吸收区这三个区吸收峰的变化及其主要成分含量和结构的变化进行分析讨论的结果看:FTIR可以从分子水平上揭示普通花叶病烟叶与正常烟叶的特异性,能够对烟草病害的研究提供大量振动光谱和化学信息.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) was used to study the spectrum of tobacco leaves infected with mosaic virus and normal ones.The results show that obvious differences exist between their FTIR spectra in frequency,intensity and peak intensity ratio etc.The change of Absorption peak in the stretching vibration region of methyl and methylene,and the characteristic Absorption region of amide and polysaccharide region were discussed.In addition,the changes in major component content and structure were analyzed.The study suggests that the FTIR can be used to distinguish normal and diseased tobacco leaves at the molecular level by providing valuable information about vibrational spectra and the chemical constituents.
