结论 低频脉冲电磁场作用于机体特定部位后可减少飞行人员微循环变异,改善其微循环状态.objective to investigate the effects of low frequency electromagnetic field (lfemf) on nail fold microcirculation of healthy aircrew, so as to provide scientific basis for maintaining aircrew's health, relieving fatigue in flight and enhancing immunity from disease. methods fifty healthy aircrews were selected as subjects. lfemf was applied at 120 mt to the flexor aspect of left elbow of the subject's for 20 min. subject's nail fold microcirculation was respectively measured before and after test. results due to lfemf effect the number of capillary of 82% subjects' was kept constant or increased. measurement on 78% subjects showed capillary dilation on form and structure and that was the common effect of lfemf. lfemf also resulted in the diameter of capillary significantly increased (t=2.301-3. 436, p<0.05), the length of capillary loops was significantly increased by lfemf (t= 13. 060, p<0.01 ), as well as the velocity of blood flow (x2=18. 136, p<0. 01). conclusions applying lfemf to specific area of human body may reduce the variation of blood microcirculation and improve microcirculation state.
