摘  要:针对大尺寸复合材料薄膜表面信息采集,提出一种组合式测量方法,将摄影测量系统与三维扫描系统结合,进行数据采集和拼合,从而完成模型重建。首先通过CCD相机对布置在物体非接触表面的标记点和编码标记点完成区域定位,根据基于SVD分解的配准算法,通过若干区域的公共编码标记点使区域数据拼合到全局坐标系统。将三维扫描仪测得的局部数据通过标记点在区域坐标系统中定位,根据配准算法完成局部数据在区域坐标系统下的拼合,进而配准到全局坐标系统。对整体优化配准后的数据进行曲面重构以及平面度分析等进一步的研究。实验结果表明,该方法有效可行,区域和局部拼合误差合理。To complete the surface information collection of large size composite material,a measurement method combining photographic measurement system and flowing three-dimensional scanning system is presented,and conducts data collection and registration,completing the model reconstruction.First finish the region location for mark points and coding mark points arranged at the non-contact surface of the object by CCD camera,according to the registration algorithm based SVD,put the local data together in the global coordinate system through several regions public coding mark points.Then according to registration algorithm,merge the local data obtained via the three-dimensional scanner in global coordinate system by the location of mark points in regional coordinate system.The paper makes further study such as surface reconstruction for optimized and registration data and flatness analysis.The result of experiment shows that this method is effective and feasible,errors of regional and local registration meet the requirements.
