摘 要:本文介绍了两种三维管状编织物的制备方法,一种采用传统四步法编织,另一种采用针织和编织相结合的新型编织方法(多轴向编织)加工而成。对比分析了两种结构管状编织物的拉伸和弯曲力学性能。结果表明,在纤维体积含量相同的情况下,多轴向编织结构拉伸性能不如四步法编织结构,但弯曲性能接近四步法编织结构;轴纱的加入使多轴向管状编织物的拉伸性能变弱,弯曲性能增强。本文研究结果对于上述两种管状编织物的结构设计与性能研究具有重要的指导作用。Two types of three-dimensional tubular braid preparation methods were introduced in the paper,one is traditional four-step braided,the other is new(multi-axial) braided by using combination of knitting and braiding.The properties of tensile and bending were comparatively analyzed too.The results showed that tensile properties of four-step braiding structure were better than that of multi-axial structure in the same fiber volume content,but the bending properties of four-step structure were close to that of multi-axial one.Tensile properties decreased and bending properties increased with the adding of axis yarns.The results will play an important guiding role in the structure design and performance improving for both types of tubular braided fabrics.
