小井眼过悬挂器配套工艺技术研究与应用

摘　　要：牛居、青龙台、茨榆坨油田有侧钻井124口,开井75口,日产油水平为267t/d,占全油田日产量的35%。目前,部分主力区块受地质条件和开发因素的影响,某些油井出现套管变形、套管错段等不同程度的套管损坏,造成油井停产;且受套管内径限制,各种常规井下工具难以通过悬挂器进入小井眼,采油、作业工艺配套问题日益突出。研制出小直径抽油泵、小直径堵水工具、小井眼大通径防砂工具配套组合,并完善了侧钻井采油、修井配套工艺。小井眼过悬挂器配套工艺技术,有效缓解了由于侧钻井开窗悬挂器带来的泵挂加深难题,通过使用小井眼泵、连续抽油杆、内衬防蜡防偏磨油管和小井眼大通径防砂工具等配套组合,延长了油井断脱、漏失、砂(蜡)卡等检泵周期,提高了油井生产时率,稳定了侧钻复产井产能,对老区老井依靠侧钻复产、稳定产能提供了技术支持。Niuju,Qinglongtai and Ciyutuo oilfields have 124 sidetracked holes.Seventy five wells are opening with 267t/d of daily oil production level accounted for 35% of the oilfield daily production.At present,partial oil wells closed in production because of deformation and fault and other casing failure at different degree,which is influenced by geological conditions and production factors in partial major blocks.For casing inside diameter limits,variety of conventional downhole tools is difficult through the hanger into the slim hole,and oil production,operations and technology supporting have become increasingly prominent problems.Assorted small-diameter pump and small-diameter water shutoff tools and slim-hole big-bore sand control tools are successfully developed,and the supporting lateral drilling oil production and workover process are improved.The matching technology of slime hole over hanger may solves the difficulty of deepening depth of plunger caused by window cutting hanger of the lateral drilling wells.The matching of slim-hole pump,continuous sucker rod,oil tube with paraffin-control and eccentric wear-control liner and slim-hole big-bore sand control tools makes pump inspection cycle of break,leakage and sanding(paraffin) in prolong.And production efficiency of the oil well is improved and productivity of sidetracked well with reproduction is stable,which will provide technical support for reproduction and stable production of the old wells in old blocks by the sidetracked hole.
