摘  要:中国石化齐鲁分公司乙烯装置经过二期扩建改造后,产能达800kt/a。结合齐鲁乙烯能耗现状,通过与先进企业在能耗结构及水平方面的对比,找出了乙烯装置节能工作中存在的问题。由于齐鲁乙烯裂解原料重,裂解深度高,造成燃料消耗偏高。燃料消耗高是导致齐鲁乙烯能耗偏高的主要原因。齐鲁乙烯蒸汽透平配备较多,裂解炉10.0MPa蒸汽温度控制较低,蒸汽保温效果不佳,到机组前温度损失较大,是造成齐鲁乙烯蒸汽消耗高的主要原因。通过优化乙烯原料结构,提高原料质量,实施裂解炉优化操作,降低蒸汽消耗等措施,2011年,石脑油裂解炉炉管出口平均温度(COT)由836℃调整为827℃,汽油比由0.65降低到0.5,动力锅炉产蒸汽及裂解炉自产蒸汽温度提高10~15℃,稀释蒸汽发生量增加10t/h,齐鲁乙烯能耗降为575.75kg标油/t,迈入中国石化(SINOPEC)先进行列。Following a second-phase expansion,the production capacity of the ethylene plant of Sinopec Qilu Company reached 800kt/a.Based on the unit′s energy consumption level and by comparing its energy consumption structure and level with those of efficient units of other enterprises,this article identifies problems with the unit in terms of energy saving.According to the article,the use of heavy feedstock in Qilu Company′s ethylene plant required deeper cracking of the feedstock,in turn raising fuel consumption.High fuel consumption was the main reason for the high energy consumption of Qilu Company′s ethylene plant.The company′s ethylene plant was equipped with many steam turbines.The temperature of the 10.0MPa steam from the cracking furnace was controlled at a low level and due to poor insulation a large amount of temperature had been lost before the steam reached the plant.These were the main reasons for the high steam consumption of Qilu Company′s ethylene plant.As a result of measures taken,including optimizing ethylene feedstock structure,raising quality of feedstock,optimizing operating conditions for the cracking furnace and reducing steam consumption,the average temperature at the outlet of tubes of the naphtha cracking furnace(COT) in 2011 was changed to 827℃ from 836℃,the steam-oil ratio dropped to 0.5 from 0.65,the temperatures of the steam from the utility boiler and the steam produced by the cracking furnace itself were raised by 10-15℃,the production of diluted steam increased by 10t/h,and the ethylene plant′s energy consumption fell to 575.75kg of oil equivalent per ton of feedstock,making the plant one of the most energy efficient ethylene units in Sinopec.
