环日本海航线建设背景下的珲春市产业结构优化研究

摘　　要：航线建设对节点城市的产业结构优化有着显著的牵动效应,同时,节点城市产业结构的优化也将推动着航线的良好运行,二者有着很强的互动关系。加强环日本海航线建设是图们江区域开发开放的关键,作为该航线上重要的节点城市珲春市必须不断调整和优化产业结构,与航线建设良性互动。珲春市政府应该抓住机遇,以畅通对外通道为突破口,采取更加积极有力的开放举措,用足用活先行先试政策,全力拓展和深化与周边国家地区的务实合作,以开放促改革、促发展、促创新。Route construction will affect a nodal city's optimization of industrial structure significantly,while the optimization of the nodal city's industrial structure will also promote the operation of the route.So there is a strong interaction between the two.Enhancing construction of the Japan Sea round route is the key of Tumen area development.As an important nodal city of the route,Hunchun must adjust and optimize industrial structure continuously,interact with route construction beneficially.On the basis of illustrating interaction relationship between route construction and optimization of industrial structure,this paper deeply analyzes Hunchun industrial structure,and proposes some practical measures for adjustment and optimization of Hunchun industrial structure according to construction of the Japan Sea round route.
