摘　　要：采用阻燃剂P-207Z和几种防勾丝整理剂,对日系本田汽车用内饰面料进行阻燃和防勾丝整理。分析了整理剂种类、整理工艺顺序、助剂用量、定形条件等工艺参数对产品的影响。结果表明,先以6%水溶性聚氨酯溶液进行防勾丝整理,然后于160℃定形1 min,再以10%阻燃剂P-207Z进行阻燃整理,面料的防勾丝性能和阻燃性可达到本田汽车内饰面料的标准要求。Automobile interior fabrics are finished with flame retardant agents P-207Z and anti-snag agents.The process parameters of finishing agent,finishing process,auxiliary dosage,setting conditions are analyzed.The results show that the anti-snag and flame retardant properties of the finished fabric can meet the demands of the Honda Motor Interior Textile Standard,when applied with 6% water soluble polyurethane solution firstly,then setting at 160 ℃ for 1 minute,and finally coated with flame retardant agent P-207Z 10%.
