摘　　要：棉针织物低温练漂剂TF-179前处理优化工艺为:低温练漂剂TF-179 2.0 g/L,30%双氧水6.0 g/L,NaOH2.0 g/L,温度70℃,时间30 min,浴比1∶10。处理后织物的白度和毛效均高于常规练漂工艺,且手感好,强力损伤小。该工艺节能减排效益明显,综合成本可降低33%。The optimum low-temperature scouring and bleaching process conditions for knitted cotton fabric are determined as follows: low-temperature scouring and bleaching agent TF-179 2.0 g/L,30%H2O2 6.0 g/L,NaOH 2.0 g/L,bath ratio 1 ∶ 10,treating at 70 ℃ for 30 min.Compared with conventional process,the low-temperature process features higher whiteness and capillary effect,better handle,less strength loss and energy consumption,and lower cost up to 33%.
