篷盖布的阻燃-拒水拒油同浴整理工艺

摘　　要：对纯棉篷盖布进行涂料染色、拒水拒油整理、阻燃整理等同浴复合整理加工,筛选了阻燃剂和拒水拒油整理剂,探讨了拒水拒油整理剂用量、阻燃剂用量、黏合剂用量、焙烘温度等对复合整理效果的影响。优化的复合整理工艺为:阻燃剂CFR 350 g/L,催化剂C52 40 g/L,尿素20 g/L,防水剂TG-435 60 g/L,增效剂BN-69 10 g/L,涂料50 g/L,黏合剂811-1 60 g/L,160℃焙烘2 m in。经复合多功能整理后,纯棉篷盖布的耐湿摩擦色牢度达到4级,阻燃可达B1级,拒水拒油达到4级以上。Pigment dyeing,oil-and water-repellent finish and flame-retardant finish is carried out on cotton canvas in one bath.Flame retardant and oil-and water-repellent agent are selected,and the influences of dosages of adhesive and finishing agents,as well as curing temperature on finishing results are discussed.The optimum process is determined as follows: flame-retardant CFR 350 g/L,catalyst C52 40 g/L,urea 20 g/L,water-repellent agent TG-435 60 g/L,synergist BN-69 10 g/L,adhesive 811-1 60 g/L,and curing at 160 ℃ for 2 min.The cotton canvas after multi-functional finishing have color fastness to wet rubbing of 4 grade,flame retardancy of B1 grade and oil-and water-repellent level of 4 grade.
