摘　　要：低色变固色剂TF-232B不含甲醛、重金属离子、致癌芳香胺等有害物质,可明显提升染色织物的色牢度,如耐洗色牢度、浸泡牢度、耐汗渍色牢度、耐摩擦色牢度等,对织物强力和颜色影响很小。优化的固色工艺为:固色剂TF-232B 3%(om f),浴比1∶10,固色温度50℃,固色时间20 m in,焙烘温度160℃,焙烘时间60 s。The fixing agent TF-232B with lower color change does not contain harmful substances such as formaldehyde,heavy metal ions,and carcinogenic aromatic amine etc.It can significantly improve the color fastness of dyed fabric,such as color fastness to washing,dipping,perspiration,rubbing etc,and has less effect on strength and shade of the fabric.The optimal fixation process is: fixing agent TF-232B 3%(omf),liquor ratio 1 ∶ 10,fixing at 50 ℃ for 20 min,curing at 160 ℃ for 60 s.
