摘  要:采用固相反应法制备了钙钛矿锰氧化物La0.9Sb0.1Mn1-xTixO3(x=0,0.05,0.10,0.15,0.20)的多晶样品.X射线衍射(XRD)表明,样品仍为正交钙钛矿结构.扫描电镜(SEM)观测结果表明,随着掺杂量的增加,晶胞体积增大,间隙增大,但仍为规则的立方晶格结构.所有样品在598-606cm-1范围内出现了红外吸收光谱.且随着掺杂量的增加,光谱向高频移动.样品的磁电阻(MR)表明对材料进行B位微量掺杂,对提高其磁性质有明显作用.Manganite perovskite polycrystalline samples of La0.9Sb0.1Mn1-xTixO3(x=0,0.05,0.10,0.15,0.20)were prepared by solid phase reaction method.The X-ray diffraction investigation shows that all compounds are in single phase with orthorhombic lattice(Pnma space group).SEM results show that the polycrystalline grains and crystale gaps increase when the Ti content increases.The samples 'infrared absorption spectra have been measured at room temperature and all samples appear the absorption at range of 598-606cm-1.The peak moves from a lower frequency to a higher frequency with increasing the Ti4+ concentration x.The concentration of doping Ti ions has an important effect on magnetoresistance(MR).
