摘　　要：针对现有的基质填料装置填料不均匀、对基质的干湿度要求范围窄等问题,设计了凸轮式基质填料装置;同时,阐述了整机的结构以及工作原理,并对关键部件进行了具体的结构设计。通过采用凸轮槽机构控制落料,出料效果好,出料量精确,对基质的干湿度要求范围宽。To solve the problems that the tray filler didn't fill uniformly,the demand range of the soil moisture was narrow and so on,the cam tray filler was designed.The structure and the working principle of the whole machine were introduced,and the detailed structure of key components was designed.By using the groove cam mechanism which controlled the soil filling,the filling effect was good,the filling amount was precise and the demand range of the soil moisture was wide.
