摘 要:静电电压是影响静电喷雾效果的关键因素,不仅影响到雾滴荷电,而且影响到喷雾空间电场。为此,主要针对温室中静电电压对液力式喷雾机喷雾效果进行试验研究。结果证明,静电喷雾能够有效减小雾滴平均粒径,增加雾滴沉降粒数,改善雾滴沉降分布状态。当静电电压从0kV升高到4.5kV时,雾滴平均粒径随着电压的升高而减小,沉降粒数随着电压的升高而增加,沉降分布状态也得到了显著的改善。Electrostatic voltage is an important factor in electrostatic spraying,which can not only affect the droplet charge,but also affect the spray space.In this paper,spray effect based on hydraulic sprayer is studied in the greenhouse.Results show that electrostatic spray can effectively reduce the average droplet size,increase the droplet settling grains and improve the distribution of droplet deposition.When the electrostatic voltage rises from 0kV to 4.5kV,the average droplet size decreases as the voltage increases,the settlement grains increased as the voltage increases,the settlement distribution has also been significantly improved.
