两种甘蔗切割器对甘蔗破头率影响的力学分析

摘　　要：宿根破头率是影响甘蔗切割质量的重要指标。为此,在前人研究的基础上,从力学的角度分析了两种甘蔗切割器对破头率的影响,结果表明:双圆盘在不漏割方面具有较大优越性;在刀片刃角较大和刀片切割角大时,选单圆盘切割器较好。这一结论为正确选用甘蔗切割器提供了重要依据,具有重要的理论意义和实用价值。Perennial broken-root rate is an important indicator affecting quality of cutting.Predecessors on the basis of research in this article from a mechanical point of analysis of the two effects of sugar cane cutters on the perennial broken-root rate,provide an important basis for the correct selection of sugarcane cutters,with important theoretical significance and practical value.Dual disc cutter without gall has great advantages.On greater blade angle and blade cutting angle,selecting disc cutter better.
