反冲射流混合搅拌装置研究

摘　　要：发酵料液混合搅拌装置主要应用于厌氧发酵领域,在搅拌轴的上端部和下端部分别安装反冲射流管和搅拌桨,利用料液孔口出流反冲作用原理,将流体搅拌与机械搅拌相结合,既降低了能耗、提高了有机物有效转化率,又能满足厌氧消化稳定进行的要求。为此,介绍了这种搅拌装置的结构和作用原理,并做了相关参数的理论分析。hybrid mixing device is mainly used in the filed of anaerobic digestion.Recoil jet tune and stirring paddle are separately installed in upper and lower of mixer shaft.This device which combined jet recoil with mechanical means exploits the recoil jet principle.Mixing is accomplished by incoming substrate drove the device turning.Using this device can reduce energy consumption,improve the conversion efficiency of organic matter.This device can also meet the requirements of steady operation.In this paper,structure and mechanism of the mixing device is introduced and theoretical analysis of relevant parameters is conducted.
