摘  要:CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道结构,由于宽接缝处存在着新老混凝土结合的问题,容易出现裂缝。在现场发现宽接缝处开裂较大,对于裂缝宽度超过标准的地方需要采用修补材料进行修补。当采用修补材料对裂缝进行修补后,可能影响轨道板的变形和受力。通过ANSYS有限元软件建立无砟轨道弹性地基梁体模型,分析出现裂缝后,不同的裂缝宽度、深度以及不同弹性模量的修补材料对轨道板的影响,为CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道裂缝的修补提供参考。Because there is a connection problem between old and new concrete at the wide juncture of CRTS-Ⅱ slab ballastless track structure,the crack tends to arise in this place frequently.Some large cracks were found at the wide juncture on site,and it should be repaired with repairing materials when the width of crack is over the standard.When using the repairing materials to repair the cracks,the deformation and stress of the track slab may be changed.In this paper,based on the ANSYS finite element software,a beam-body model on elastic foundation for the ballastless track structure was built.Further,taking the different width and depth of cracks,different elastic modulus of repairing materials as the initial conditions,the influences of them on the track slab after crack appearing were analyzed.The paper can provide reference for crack repairing of CRTS-Ⅱ slab ballastless track.
