机车运用维修段检修设备配备的思考

摘　　要：根据机车运用维修段的功能定位,结合山西中南部铁路工程中长子南派驻机车折返段的设计,分析机车运用维修段的设备配备情况。通过长子南派驻机车折返段设备配备的特点及实际应用,提出机车运用维修段设备配备应以全方位、专业化、集中修为原则,使其具备全面的应对能力,建立机车状态修、换件修的检修体系。Based on the function positioning of locomotive running and maintenance depot,in combination with the design of the locomotive turn-back depot stationed at Zhangzinan in Central and Southern Shanxi Railway engineering,the equipment configuration of locomotive running and maintenance depot is analyzed in this paper.Considering the equipping characteristics and actual application of the locomotive turn-back depot stationed at Zhangzinan,the paper puts forward the opinion that the equipment configuration of locomotive running and maintenance depot should be with the principles of omnibearing way,professionalization and centralized maintenance,in order to make it have comprehensive coping ability,towards the purpose of establishing the locomotive maintenance system with repair on status and repair by renewal of pars.
